What kind of stuff do they do in the Bally's Total body cl?

It's a great cl! In mine we did 4 strength traning machines for the arms (rotated to each machine 2 times), then did exercises with free weights, squats and other toning exercises, and then running in place and other cardio. It's about an hour long and VERY effective. You will feel it the next day, it's amazing (I'm going tonight) :P
