Why cant we get a reverse vasectomy or IVF on the NHS?

I don't know too many details without google, but i was under the impression that everyone was entitled to 1 free shot at IVF on the NHS, but thought there was a long waiting list for it doing. I definitely think you should fight this out more though, coz im pretty sure you should be entitled to the same free chance as everyone else, good luck xx
