Weight Problems....? Please Help?

You sound like you are thin but within healthy range. I am 5'3" and weigh like 122 Lbs. I think if you want to you should gain a little weight but by eating healthy and using small weights. I have the opposite problem I want to lose like 12 pounds LOL. I don't really feel or look fat but my thighs are a little too thick for me. If you feel unhealthy then I think you should try eating a lot of fresh fruit and veggies and take vitamins - see if that makes you feel better first.
