I NEED A GOOD 30mm CAMERA for CHEAP!!!! help?

ok im in a photography cl nd all my teacher told me to do was get a 30mm lens non digital camera well i REALLY need help i live in marin nd go to school in san anselmo at drake high school but i don't know shizz for cameras so could you please helllllllllpe me?
