To answer your second question. I believe that LADD will be sent to the graveyard because it does have 2 attributes thus cannot stay on the field with Battle active. And I don't believe LADD will negate it sense u chained the trap to his summoning the trap will activate first so LADD won't be able to negate it, although I could be wrong.
